This hotel is in a lively area, perfect for young party-goers, but not suitable for families. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and the service from the staff was often rude, especially concerning room issues and cleanliness complaints. We had issues with our room and the food options felt repetitive and unappetizing.

We just got back from a 10-day family holiday and overall it was a lovely experience. The food was enjoyable with a great variety, and the hotel itself was clean and well-kept, especially our upgraded junior suite. However, the evening entertainment was lacking, and the noise from nearby nightclubs sometimes disrupted our sleep. Also, be prepared for long waits at the bar during peak times, which can be frustrating if you're all-inclusive.
